Highly recommend! Handled a piano move for one of my clients. Extremely respectful team! Everything went according to the timeline laid out by the owner. Very great communication and the team showed great care for the piano.
We were on vacation in AZ and missing a piano. I thought I'd just buy a keyboard down there but you never know what you're going to get. I called My First Piano and the man said it was $100 to rent a piano for the month but I had to pay for pickup and delivery. They were awesome (father and son) & made it look easy. My new mother in-law loved it and for a month, it was well worth the 200 bucks. Thank you Sherri and everyone else for your excellent service.
Great company to work with! Efficient, careful, and very professional. Sherri and her husband are great.
Family owned business. Sheri along with her husband and sons were incredible in every facet of this transaction. Timely responses via phone and text. No details left out. Moved Baby Grand from Litchfield Park to North Peoria without a hitch. Pricing was initial reason for choosing but they really backed it up with second to none service and execution of delivery.
Received the piano with no issues. But one of the elderly mover has bad attitude, the look down comment ruin the day.
This company is wonderful! From first phone call to delivery, the service was amazing! Highly recommend!
Absolutely would recommend and utilize this business over and over again! Very professional, knowledgeable, kind movers. They moved my Baby Grand quickly but safely and efficiently. Even made the sure to keep blankets under the wheels till the piano was placed where i wanted it (after a few tries of deciding where I wanted it). Thank y'all for your work and at a great cost too!
Very nice people. On time. Reasonably priced. Happy with our choice to use them.
From the beginning to the end the service was professional, quick, and without issues. Crew members were very polite and helpful. Price was very fair for the impeccable service we received.
We had our piano moved from Phoenix to Flagstaff with Safe and Sound Piano Movers. They are the best. It was extremely easy to get a quote, set up an appt and move the piano. Safe and Sound Piano Movers quickly communicated with us and answered our questions . It was a breath of fresh air to work with them. They showed up on time and worked confidently, efficiently, quickly and quietly. Everyone was professional and super nice. The piano arrived early Wednesday morning right on time and placed within minutes. Super easy, super slick! Thank you taking such good care of our families piano.
