Would recommend over and over again. Our dryer went out, and in an attempt to prepare for the new dryer did a little DIY cleaning, ripping straight through the vent. Scott was able to come out in a timely manner and review the damage and have a solid plan in place to fix it. Came out a few days later to get to work and of course it was one of the hottest days in June (92 degrees). Due to the nature of where the vent leads outside (and it being blocked by a gutter), he had to re-network the vent to up on the roof. Pricing was more than fair, and would recommend him to anyone needing repairs. He will also now be our dryer vent clean out guy, because DIY is no longer an option in this household!

Outstanding Service and a Lesson Learned
As someone who typically prefers to handle home maintenance myself, I was reluctant to pay for a professional service. After purchasing a dryer vent cleaning kit online, I set out to clean my own vent. While I was able to remove a decent amount of lint, my dryer continued to display an error code. Determined to resolve the issue, I pushed the brush further into the vent—only to start pulling out twigs and damp lint. Unfortunately, in the process, the brush became unscrewed and lodged deep within the vent system. After three hours of frustrating work, I was left with a stuck brush and no working dryer.
I initially contacted a local dryer vent cleaning company, but they were unable to assist for another three days. With a wet load of laundry sitting in the dryer, I needed help fast. That’s when I reached out to Safe Dryer & Air Duct Solutions—and I’m incredibly glad I did.
Scott was able to come out the very next day. He was punctual, professional, courteous, and highly efficient. Not only did he safely retrieve the lodged brush, but he also removed a bird’s nest I hadn’t even reached and installed a pest-proof vent cover to prevent future issues.
This experience taught me a valuable lesson: some jobs are best left to the professionals. From now on, I’ll be calling Safe Dryer & Air Duct Solutions for all my dryer vent and air duct needs. Highly recommended!
