We hired Safe and Sound Design Build to remodel our main floor, and we couldn’t be happier. Nicolas and Caren kept us in the loop the whole time and made everything really easy to understand. They helped redesign our kitchen and update the lighting and finishes, and the place looks completely different now—in the best way. The whole team was organized, respectful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them!
The design phase with Caren and her team was actually kind of fun. They’re meticulous but never overwhelm you with choices. We played around with colors and textures until we found the right mix for our kitchen. It felt like a collaboration rather than just hiring someone to do the work.
They remodeled our small office space, and honestly, the experience was the best part. Nicolas made sure the project kept moving, and the design team paid attention to details like lighting and built‑in storage. Nothing felt rushed, and it’s now a workspace where our whole team actually wants to be.
What stood out most was how transparent Nicolas was about the budget. He explained every line item so we knew where the money was going. They helped us make value‑driven decisions without cutting corners, and that honesty made the whole experience feel easy to trust.
The demolition and rebuild went better than I imagined. I thought it would be total chaos, but the Safe and Sound team had a clear system—each phase flowed into the next. Seeing the old layout come down and the new open‑concept take shape was really satisfying.
Thanks for the Review and glad it all worked out !
Not going to lie, I was nervous going into a remodel. I’ve heard so many horror stories. But this one actually went smoother than I expected. Nicolas checked in often and kept us updated about progress and next steps. A few small hiccups happened along the way, but they handled everything calmly and professionally. The result was a completely refreshed living space that feels brand new.
We are glad it all worked out and was a pleasure working with you.
I hired Safe and Sound Design Build for a small kitchen renovation, and honestly, I didn’t expect things to go this smoothly. Nicolas and his crew were easy to talk to—no sales pressure, just straightforward answers. They turned our dated oak kitchen into a clean, modern space with new shaker cabinets and a bright quartz countertop. Everything felt organized from day one, and they wrapped up right on schedule.
We had our old kitchen completely redone, and it turned out way better than we pictured. I worked mostly with Caren on the design, and she caught every little detail we missed. From picking cabinet hardware to figuring out where outlets should go, the whole process felt guided and thoughtful. Finishing on time was theicing on the cake.
We are extremely happy with the kitchen renovation. Every part of the project met or exceeded our expectations. We plan to use them for other projects.
