My first session was a heated power flow and it was such a great experience! The environment is super cozy, the staff is great, and the prices for packs and membership are affordable!

The studio is on the 2nd floor of the building for above Panera, Cinnaholic and The Great Greek. The downstairs entrance is located near City BBQ and Panera's drive thru exit on the south side. Go up the stairs, put up your shoes and enjoy the class. I love that they have early morning 6:15 classes to get a class in first thing. Instructors are amazing. The studio is beautiful.

This is such a wonderful studio. I am so glad to have found it as I've tried other area studios that just didn't match the place I went to in Bloomington. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. The hot yoga studio is stunning with the best natural light. I'm looking forward to attending additional classes and get back to my yoga practice 🧘♀️
