I have left disappointed every time. It’s like they don’t listen. Also who doesn’t have a curling iron to curl the hair or even a flat iron for the stragglers not everyone wants a blow out. My experience was great. Yesenia was personable and when I walked in everyone was smiling. I love my hair. She knew exactly how to treat it, she was very careful and considerate, she used all the right products and I could tell that she loves hair. I felt safe and would definitely go back for another visit.
