Awful experience they have no idea how to handle extensions very unprofessional management rude and totally inflexible attitude towards clients they shuffled me from chair to chair loudly telling everyone my hair was wrong color etc. totally not acceptable and embarrassing

Came in with a boring haircut and two different hair colors due to my naive choice of using a box dye. When I tell you that Amber did magic, I am not kidding. She made me feel like myself again, but better. She's really good at what she's doing and also such a cool person overall. I will definitely come back!
