Ive been seeing Francesca for my cut and color for a year now. She is the best stylist I've ever had in my 26 years in the beauty industry and salon experiences. She knows how to make my hair look perfect for the 12 weeks between appointments! She is so personable, kind and talented. Always feel like a movie star whenever I leave her chair.
Kaitlyn is amazing, both professional stylist and colorist! I am always a very happy client and love what she has done for me!

Jillian has been cutting my hair for several months as I grow out unflattering layers from a previous stylist. My “transitional “ style has been easy to maintain and made it possible for me to go thru the growing out process. She has a long range plan we are close to achieving. Almost there!

Jenny is excellent. She carefully listens to your hair goals, gives excellent advise for styles and products, and takes her time to deliver a fantastic end product. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new cut, style, or pop of color- she does it all!
Molly is amazing! I’ve been going to her for over a year now, and she always knows exactly how to style and cut my hair. She’s incredibly sweet and friendly, and she’s also helped me restore and recover my hair.
As always I leave the salon extremely happy! The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a change or a new look check this place out! You will not be disappointed!
Always a wonderful experience with Kaitlyn! Kaitlyn has a unique talent of cutting hair to remove bulk. That’s why I went to her when I needed a new wig thinned out to look like my own hair. She did amazing work!

I've been going to the owner & my stylist Jen Stern for 15 years since I moved to North Andover from Boston. All of the stylists are great here. My husband & my 3 daughters (10, 13 & 15) love coming to this salon. I highly recommend!!!

Katie was an absolute lifesaver today after a mishap at another salon. Not only was she able to squeeze me in on short notice, She was able to fix my problem and ease my anxiety all at once! I will 1000% be back to see her! I love my end result!!
I am not sure why Amanda is not working in Hollywood but if you’re looking to look like a movie star then she is the one!!! Consistency is one of her greatest talents and kills it every time!!

Utterly outstanding first experience at Salon Riza with Franka who did a phenomenal Brazilian treatment on my wild tame! She was super thorough and detailed and I will be back over and over again to get these from her!

This was the worst experience of my life. THEY colored my hair and when they damaged it so bad and pulled it out they DIDN’T tell me ! Half my hair is a couple inches now and bald. My boyfriend had to tell me I had bald spots on the back of my head ! When I asked them to make it right they refused to .
Jen has been styling my hair for at least 30 years. She has studied all over the country and Europe to learn the newest techniques for cutting and coloring. Jen is the only stylist that I allow to style my hair. She’s amazing!
Kaitlyn answered all my questions and had wonderful suggestions for coloring and cutting my hair! The results are amazing and I couldn’t be happier!

I’ve received a perfect deva cut from Jen, the owner herself, and Salon Riza today. Jen was fantastic. She cut my hair precisely to the style of my natural curls, enhancing the volume and texture. I don’t remember who washed my hair, but wow - basically a short scalp massage - amazing.
I love everything about this place. They are very professional, clean and always on time. I’m in love with my hair, my hairdresser can understand exactly what I wanted.
I’ve been seeing the owner Jen for years. She is excellent at what she does and works hard to accommodate people. We found Cassidy for my teen son after his regular barber started ti be booked out a year in advance. We are so glad we changed over! Cassidy does an amazing job, not only with cutting hair but also making my anxious kid comfortable.

First of all this is Donna.. not Louis..people that know him would laugh as he is bald! Alison is the best! Friendly, funny and professional! She does a great job on my hair and I look forward to my visits with her!
Franka took my brassy, bleached hair and turned it into the softest, natural looking blonde I could imagine! She first spoke to me about what I wanted and needed, and then gave suggestions. It was such a positive experience that she will be my new stylist.
UPDATE went and got a cut and color somewhere where they actually knew what they were doing! I've added the photos (the last 2 so people aren't confused). I would highly recommend NOT going to Salon Riza. More because instead of admitting fault they doubled down on the lies. None of what was said in their response…

This was my first time seeing Francesca (I chose her based on client pictures) and she was incredibly personable, knowledgeable regarding products, and was able to give me the perfect color and cut! Jen is by far the best stylist I’ve ever been to! Her talent in cutting hair is superior and her coloring skills are excellent! After moving out of state, I make the 40 minutes trek to have her cut my hair...and it’s well worth it!

Jill is the hair stylist I’ve been searching for and thought didn’t exist! She helped get my old color the shade I had been striving for then turned my strawberry blonde dreams into reality! I could not thank Jen enough! I almost never post reviews but I had to post one for salon riza, I couldn’t be more happy with my hair. My hair has not felt or looked this great in a very long time.
