Brittney and her team did an amazing job. They were very friendly, customer centric and detail oriented as we walk through the entire house and I explained what was required. They assured me that they had exactly what we look for as far as cleaning the entire house. I arrived back at the house and the house was amazing and a fragrance like paradise versus the scent of clean the high cleaning solutions render for days some companies use.. I am not sure what rhe magical solution is but it was absolutely spectacular. I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a customer eccentric highly efficient group of folks to clean your home. Thank you, Brittney and ladies as I appreciated your results and so did Maggie Rose!!!!!

Thank you, salt and citrus for making my move-in 10 times easier on me. Above and beyond, they were on time, super friendly. Great price for what was done and how quickly they booked with me. I don’t wanna encourage other people to book last minute, but unfortunately, I was the knucklehead that did and they got me in super fast.

Hired them for a deep clean of my apartment, they stopped 30 mins in because they found a bug which I totally understand but still attempted to charge me for the full service. Contacted them multiple times and spoke to the front desk I was told 3 times I’d receive a call back to address my issues but they kept blowing me off. At first I loved the communication and flexibility but after my experience I’ll never request service from this company again. Oh and by the way deep cleaning only last 2.5 hours and you have to pay more if you need more cleaning but no one will tell you this. Stay away from these scammers don’t learn the hard way
- Services: Deep clean

Hi Ryne, We appreciate the opportunity to clarify several important details regarding your appointment, as your review does not accurately reflect the service our team provided. You booked and approved two hours of cleaning for $198. Our team completed the purchased service time and remained at your property for approximately one additional hour at no additional charge. Despite receiving this additional service, you subsequently requested a full refund. We also maintain before-and-after photographs documenting the work performed, which can be viewed here: https://www.saltandcitruscleaningco.com/beforeandafter Regarding your statement that our team left after discovering a single bug, our cleaners encountered evidence of a pest infestation. In accordance with our established health and safety policies, further cleaning was discontinued to protect our employees, equipment, and the homes of other clients. Prior to your appointment, we also accommodated your scheduling changes, which required adjustments to our staffing and operations. These additional costs were absorbed by our company. We respect every customer's right to share their experience. However, we also believe it is important to provide accurate context, particularly when our team's professionalism and integrity are being questioned. Our records reflect that the purchased service time was fulfilled, additional cleaning time was provided complimentary, and our team followed established safety protocols. We remain committed to providing professional, transparent, and dependable service to our Jacksonville community. Natalie | Owner Salt & Citrus Cleaning Co.
