Be careful in getting roof quotes. They might scare you into a $19,000 new roof when all you need is two new shingles and three replacement pipe collars. Make sure to get several quotes. The owner did come out to address my issues. He is concerned about the reputation of his company. He wanted to make things right and prove the company's integrity.
