There was a dent in the freezer door and they replaced it with a new door. Allen was experienced technician. He replaced the door and corrected the problem. There was no charge to us since it was a new refrigerator. We appreciated his service.

Brett was a nice man. I dealt with him both times. He had to order a part. I was 😊 he was the one that came the second time as he knew what was going on. It is always nice when someone comes to fix something and it is the same person that came the first time. Makes you feel like you are not just being passed around. Like they care
