We are very pleased with our driveway replacement that was completed by Savannah’s Sam the Concrete Man Team. We had 3 estimates & Sam’s was middle price of the 3. We chose Sam’s as our neighbor had work done by Sam’s & the neighbor was pleased with the work. Craig was our contact at Sam’s & he quickly provided a detailed quote that came by email. Our job was completed in one day & the team did a great job. The team began demolition at 8AM pouring at noon & finished the job by 6PM.
The quality & finished product were top notch. We recommend Sam’s!

Sam the concrete man, was a fantastic choice! They worked with us patiently as we navigated the county's rules and regulations. The crew worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves. The finished concrete was top-tier, impressively smooth. If we need concrete in the future, we will definitely use this company again.

Too often, the contractor giving the lowest bid doesn’t do the best work but I have no complaints About Sam the concrete man. They did the work exactly as I asked them to, the workers were very courteous and professional, and my new driveway looks great!

Terrible experience. I would not recommend this company. Anyone who is reading this, google why these patches are bad.
Every edge had large voids, and the corners of the slab were nonexistent after the forms were removed. The detective areas were then poorly patched over. When I raised concerns about the issues, Craig tried to offer me two $50 gift cards "to drink my frustrations away on him." He then became argumentative after I refused them, to the point that I had to ask him to please leave my property.
I requested a slab placement adjustment before work progressed, was told it would be done, and it wasn't.
Craig then charged me an extra $1,500 after falsely implying the slab forms had already been moved.
Craig agreed to refund the $1,500 and gave me his word that the defective corners would be repaired if they later failed. He made weird requests for in-person meet ups and he still hasn't done anything he said he would do.

Not a quality company. My girlfriend paid a premium price for an amateur slab. EVERY CORNER and edge had massive voids and empty cavities. We cought the crew hurrying to put forms back up and mix quickcrete to fill the corners and edges before we saw. Craig from Sam The Concrete Man said that it was very difficult for the crews he hires to get edges formed right without having to add patches after. He tried to make her feel bad for saying something about it. I worked for a concrete company, all they had to do was push the concrete into the forms. They just didnt try. Craig subcontracted the job to another company that had one person who spoke english. Then blamed them for the language barrier knowing he did nothing to make sure it got done right. Then he charged her $1500 to fix a mistake with the position of the forms. The crew lead thought he made the adjustment but he didn't and the correction ended up comming out of her pocket. Sam The Concrete Man made her feel like it was all her fault it wasn't done right and made her feel guilty for even asking for the correction. This project was very important to her. There were cheaper companies but craig from Sam the Concrete Man said that the extra money she paid for them would ensure a job well done. She just wanted it done right and it wasn't. He offered to refund her the $1,500 she paid for their mistake but she is still waiting. She paid $8,500 for a 20 x 30 slab with scabbed edges and corners that will probably fall off the first time they freeze. I hate this company for the way they treated her.

Honest and reliable. Hard to find a contractor that stands by his word and his work these days, but that's exactly what he does. You won't find a better concrete guy anywhere. Highly recommend!
