Such a beautiful and clean studio! Maria, the owner, is amazing at her craft. Being a yoga teacher myself, I have huge respect for a studio that honors the roots of yoga. If your looking to practice authentic yoga this is the spot for you. I can't wait to be back.
I've been going here over 10 years and I really love it. There are a variety of classes and teachers so you can find whatever fits your needs. It definitely has an all-are-welcome vibe. Instructors give options and encourage the students to do what is right for themselves. I prefer to go in person but having the Zoom option is also appreciated.
Thank you for the feedback, Lisa! That's the vibe we're going for, so glad it comes through 🤍 🕉️ See you soon!
A great spot for all this!
A cute lil yoga studio with a balanced and serene energy! I found myself instantly transported to another world upon entering the room where the yoga 🧘♀️ was led by a wonderful instructor! The heated yoga was intense but not overwhelming! At the end of the session I was so relaxed because of her methods! I will be back for more training! Namase Namaha* ☺️
The best!!! Maria is sweet and informative
I've been going here for years and have always loved it! Since covid, the schedule changed and it's been more difficult to get opportunities to go with my schedule. However any time I do get the chance, I leave feeling absolutely amazing. They have a variety of classes for all experience levels. Highly recommend!
Really like it here so far - doing the unlimited yoga class membership for a month. Lots of options to choose from for classes for all levels and they also do video classes for those who can't make it in person. They have everything there if you don't own/forget to bring your yoga stuff. Everyone is really nice.
I did a moderate class with Sarita this evening and I will absolutely be going back. Such an amazing combination of movement, meditation, balance, strength, and relaxation. Completely changed my mood and energy from start to finish after a tough day. Very grateful to have found this class.
Very cosy studio with super nice and friendly teachers :)
Great instructors and great studio. There are many different classes at a variety of levels. The classes are offered at very convenient times. I highly recommend this studio.
