This company is exceptional. Jeff showed up the same day to address our broken freezer- that had defrosted overnight and ruined everything inside. I was leaving for a trip the next day and they got me in ASAP on a Friday afternoon. We had several follow-up visits once the various parts came in and Jeff was just an outstanding technician. He's seen it all and even addressed two other small (unrelated) appliance issues b.c he's so diligent. You'll be glad you called them.

Friendly, knowledgeable Kevin did a wonderfully professional job repairing a fried solenoid water spritzer in our Electrolux dryer. I called in the afternoon and he truly came SameDay, when he must have just wanted to go home. He was really nice, explaining clearly about the problem, the options, the cost, and then just got it done. First time to use them, but will trust in the future (just not too soon I hope!)
