Overall, was my car clean? Yes. As advertised for the price paid? Unfortunately not. Update 07/26/2025: I believe in second chances. They reached out to me and fully re-detailed my car as well as added an additional service to remove the odor. Much more thorough job this go around. I appreciated that they were apologetic about the initial service and were more than willing to rectify the situation and make sure everything was squared away. Still great communication from the business.

I went for the polishing to remove swirl marks and paint correction because I’m super picky about how my Beemer looks. Carlos was early (crazy rare for most service people, no shade) and just a real perfectionist. You can tell he loves what he does. Punctual, meticulous, and eco-conscious—respect! My paint shines better than it did when I drove it off the lot 10 years ago. Definitely booking him again for a ceramic coating next month
