Customers consistently praise the company for punctuality, careful handling of belongings, and efficient packing services. Reviewers highlight transparent pricing, easy phone booking, and professional communication, often noting that crews work quickly to complete moves. One common criticism involves a lack of transparency regarding outsourcing to third-party companies and instances where crews arrived late without clear updates.

Vladimir and Dima did an amazing job helping me move everything in my apartment to a storage unit. They were so detail oriented, wrapped everything to keep it safe and clean, and were quick and organized! I will definitely be using their service again when I need to move everything out of storage. 10/10! Would recommend to all!
Update: months later I moved into my next place and called for help again! I had Baha and Dima helping, and they were quick, professional, and on time! I will continue to use this business as all of my furniture and things arrived with no damage. I would recommend them to all of my friends- and I have!

I have used this company three times before and they are always fantastic! This time had Vladimir and Gregg.
They did an outstanding job from start to finish. It wasn't an easy move because of stairs angles etc. They did it without hesitation and worked right through the full 6 and 1/2 hours. If you ever need a moving company, these guys are it.
From contacting them the follow-up pricing all of it is a 10 out of 10!

Katherine, the storage unit run seems simple until the date shifts on you, glad Baha and David just rolled with it. Appreciate you giving them another shot soon.

Baha and team did an excellent job moving our family. Carefully handled all of our goods and finished the move out to the end when it ran longer than initially anticipated. Highly recommended.

Jake, appreciate the recommendation. Baha's team stays until it's done, even when the day runs long.

Great experience overall. Price was good. Booking over the phone was easy. And they’re one of the few moving companies that always picks up the phone.
Vladimir, Dmitry, and Greg were my movers and I’d strongly recommend them to anyone. They packed and moved everything with extreme care and they hustled the whole time.
Response from the owner · a month ago
Thank you, Jeffrey! We know how frustrating it is when movers don't answer, so we always pick up. Vladimir, Dmitry, and Greg really appreciate your recommendation!
