Wow! First and foremost I have to say that the zoo is massive so bring your walking shoes. I took my three year-old and he absolutely loved it. Even though the animals are in enclosures They treat their animals with respect, kindness and take great care of them. I do wish the enclosures for the mountain lions were a bit bigger though. My recommendation is to get on the bus tour first so you can see exactly how big the zoo is and how to get around. You’ll hit most of the animals, but not all of them. It’s very scenic so come looking for great photography spots in their gardens as well. Food is not too shabby. And they have live music!!!!
