Absolutely stellar spa! I felt pampered from the minute I walked in the door. The decor is gorgeous and the front desk was helpful and kind. Spenser did an amazing job on my massage and worked out literal years of stress and tension. She also read all my skin allergies and confirmed the products she used would be ok for my skin before the massage which is truly above and beyond. It's been six hours post massage and I still feel relaxed and calm! I will be rebooking soon, this was truly a great place.

I wish I could have tried the services everyone talks about, but here was my experience. I tried to call to schedule a few weeks before my birthday, no answer so I emailed. Emailed back and forth with someone, they offered me an appointment time, I accepted said time and never got an email back. Show up for the appointment and they never put my appointment on the books. I explained that this was for my birthday (which is tomorrow) and I’m also 37 weeks pregnant with a c section scheduled the following week. I said unless there was a way to get me in this weekend, then there was nothing they can do as I’ll be having surgery in 4 days (and working up until that surgery day) the receptionist looked at the emails, said someone should have emailed me back and that they didn’t put me on the schedule, couldn’t get me in over the weekend because they’re booked, and I wasn’t going to schedule for a massage 3 months after my birthday (because again, recovering from surgery and this was supposed to be a pregnancy massage.) This doesn’t surprise me at all because something like this happens every year for my birthday, but I won’t be able to reschedule for that pregnancy massage because I’m having my baby before I can AND this is my last baby, there won’t be another time to have a pregnancy massage. I was looking forward to it, but now I get to be left disappointed on my birthday and miss out on something I can’t have again because of someone’s mistake.

I had a very great experience here. Britt was wonderful and I was treated so kindly by all staff. I will definitely go back.

My daughter booked a massage for her 21st birthday but had to cancel and did so within the cancellation policy timeframe via message. They never canceled her appointment. When she called back after getting a confirmation message about her upcoming appointment the day before they said they saw a record of where she called but stated they never got her message and refused to honor her cancellation in time and waive the $60 penalty fee. When she asked for a manager she was told one wasn't in. I sincerely hope the $60 was worth the bad publicity I promise you I will make sure you get whenever I hear of anyone wanting to get a massage in Louisville. Will also post to my social media.

My left leg was really hurting but after my massage my leg was much better.
