This is the 3rd time we are using Alan for house inspection. He is very knowledgeable and he knows his craft. We trust him completely with out house inspection- even if we dont end up closing on the house. Very honest and he will tell you how it is. Everything from what your floors are made out of and even gives you an estimate on when you can expect to replace things. Awesome. Highly recommend!

His final report is clear and understandable with photos and additional tips. I felt confident and informed about the property after his visit. Highly recommended!
