Dr. Ramsha was amazing throughout my recovery from Achilles surgery. She was incredibly supportive, patient, and knowledgeable. She literally helped me get back on my feet and gain confidence with my ankle. I’m so grateful for her care and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy.
Kyra and Bri are wonderful. They are always so accommodating especially with my crazy work schedule. I had acl reconstruction and I’m back to playing soccer again with no issues. I can’t thank Kyra enough for helping me get back to what I love.
Kyra was an amazing physical therapist. I enjoy attending physical therapy on my schedule days, the feeling of seeing progress week by week was reassuring. Kyra had a superb understanding of the entire rehab and its various stages of progression. Bri front desk associate was also very helpful with scheduling and being a mediator between myself and the insurance. Bri took it upon herself to get some answer to my questions regarding coverage. The facility was great. Everything needed to get you from 0 to hero after An ACL surgery was immediately available. I highly recommend sanders fit for any post surgery rehab.
I knew SandersFit as a gym but had no idea they offered physical therapy until my doctor recommended finding PT in the area. Working with Bri made scheduling and adjusting appointments seamless from day one. Everyone was kind and cordial on-site. This was my first major surgery, and Dr. Kyra's guidance was critical during a rough season of being away from my normal exercise routine. She patiently answered every question and was always calm and thorough in explaining what was appropriate for each stage of my recovery. Her steady demeanor made a real difference, especially when my own impatience with the process got the better of me. Thanks to their work, I went from post-surgery to training for my first Hyrox competition, and both knees feel better than they did before surgery. I now have the tools and understanding to manage my own maintenance going forward. As a former collegiate athlete, I've dealt with injuries before, but this is the first time I've actually completed a full course of PT. Very grateful for this team!
Working with Kyra at Sanders Fit and Therapy was hands down the best decision I made during my recovery process. I can’t recommend SFRT enough! I started seeing Kyra 3 days after my ACL surgery and she has completely brought my knee back to life! I’ve loved working with her on my recovery, she’s personable, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what she does. You will also be inspired by your surroundings at SandersFit - the gym is massive with every machine you could possibly need, and personal trainers coaching their clients to become the best versions of themselves. You can’t help but want to rise with them! Lastly, they have an awesome coordinator, Bri, who will work with you on financial planning should you run out of insurance or do not have insurance coverage. 10/10 experience with SFRT ❤️
