Dr Provencio was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. She listened to my daughter, who is developmentally delayed and addressed her concerns. She was able to prescribe the correct medications so my daughter was feeling better.

I really enjoyed my first visit with Dr. provencio she made me feel very comfortable and I learned a lot about what is going on and how it can be handled and I feel like I am now on a good path to fix what needs fixing and understanding why and how come . I'm excited to see how this turn out. Everyone was very nice and friendly and it was a great experience, office was clean and very inviting.

The intake process was well organized. I was able to fill out necessary forms and sign and send them. I was able to get helpful information and directions to the site. The self check in worked well and vital signs were taken by Medical Assist Daniel. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Provencio and felt that she listened well and asked good questions during our initial interview. I feel comfortable with her guidance.
