Donnie Williams at Santi Bright deserves some kind of award. My carpet went from “abandoned gas station vibes” to “model home showroom” in one visit. Possibly even my life.

Called Sani Bright because of their Google reviews and those five stars are well-deserved. Donnie was great: professional and courteous and he explained everything along the way. I will use Sami-Bright again and definitely request Donnie. I am a satisfied customer!

The service was great, I do wish when I called they would have asked a few more questions to get me closer to the actual price. They did ask size, number of rooms, and stair cases. I think if they asked age of carpet, last time it was cleaned and whether or not we had pet stains we are concerned about could give… Read full review

We had an old 7 ft. wool runner rug (and a similar 3ft. throw rug) that got wet and the back delaminated. Both were cleaned and a new felt backing replaced. Did not take long, results were great and price was reasonable.

Nice people. Wonderful service

We have used Sani-Bright for years and have completely satisfied with the results.

10/10 They did an amazing job!

Wonderful people from office people to delivery people!

The rugs cleaned up beautifully. The pads I purchased were cut too large and I had to trim them. My only disappointment was they offered to give me the history of one of my rugs and they didn’t do that.

Demond was awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Will definitely use again and highly recommend to others :)

Sani-Bright does a wonderful job cleaning floors, grout and furniture! The techs are so friendly and communicative. They also make a big effort to keep you updated on the status of your appointment. As a busy mom, that was super helpful. Highly recommend!

I did not experience a good customer service from the worker. He focuses much more on the amount he is charging but not the customer’s benefits. The work done was not to my expectations.

Donnie did a great job and removed several stains where our dog had vomited. Everything looked new and fresh. It was a very humid day so it took extra time to dry but we are happy with the final results.

Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, reasonable cost, excellent work.

Our technician Donnie, was very professional and thoroughly cleaned all carpets requested!

Our carpets have taken a beating with 17 grands spilling drinks. We were delighted with the carpet cleaning! Donnie was careful, polite, and competent. Thank you Sani Bright for our nice stain free clean carpets.

Very pleasant and informed about the service. Not pushy with sales and straight forward explanation of the process.

Nick arrived on time and was friendly. He placed plastic shields around wall corners so the hoses wouldn’t damage the walls. He did a great job cleaning the carpet. He finished the job of cleaning 3 rooms in 1 hour. Thanks, Nick!

Sani-Brite was great! This is the second time I’ve used them, and I’ve been pleased both times. They did an excellent job removing the dirty water stains caused by a leak from our window wall. It saved me from replacing the entire bedroom carpet. Thank you, Sani-Britt!

Great experience start to finish. Note: we have white carpet, two large dogs and a baby. Since moving into our new home 6 months ago one if our dogs has been sick and soiled the white carpet 5 times, so we were very concerned about how much services would cost and whether it would be effective. When I first called… Read full review

Donnie has cleaned my carpet before and does a fabulous job. Would highly recommend.

We were disappointed: 1) drop off went well enough, told that it would be a 3 week turn around which was fine. That time frame came and went. We were out of town for 3 weeks so it made no difference. 2) got a a call recommending a new backing ie: $350+ the original $350 we paid at intake. We declined that service.… Read full review

The two workers showed up as scheduled and they were very professional. Looked at carpet and gave me different options for cleaning the carpet. They suggested what I should do and we went for it. The carpet looks great and smells like apples. They were here for about one hr. I highly recommend them.

I’ve used the same group about five times. Always excellent service, excellent response and smiling associates.

The representative seemed qualified and knowledgeable. We had one concern around 2 small pet stains which I communicated in advance on the phone and in person.
