Service was phenomenal. Scheduling was easy. Demond was personable , knowledgeable and professional. My carpets are cleaner. My stairs especially. My only wish is that it was quicker to dry and maybe a little more affordable

Great service, Curtis was polite and explained the process. The carpets were pretreated to remove stains and smells. Curtis moved the beds to ensure the whole area was cleaned, the spayed a protectant on afterwards. The finished carpet looks good. The pre and post carpet treatment was a little pricey, but hopefully lasts the 3 year claim.

This particular rug gets a lot of traffic in its location berween the garage and the kitchen and gets pretty filthy. It’s absolutely worth it to get it professionally cleaned after winter and mud season are over, and it looks great. We have just had our upholstery, rugs and carpet cleaned from Sani-bright. Everything looks like new again and smells so clean!

They cleaned a pet spots and 5 rooms. The carpet is clean with no leftover pet odor. I know it is clean!! Arrived ontime. Did the job quickly and left everything so clean. The cost may be more than some others-but you do not have to be worried after they leave.

Unfortunately this visit was not the level of service as the past. I was disappointed that furniture was not moved in order to clean the entire room. In the past furniture has always been moved and put on foam when moved back. A large portion of my LR did not get cleaned.

Nick was prompt. He gave me three packages to choose from. I chose the $600 pkg which is supposed to protect my carpet from stains saturated it in future. I have used Sani-bright both in person at their 96th street facility and for pick up from my home. The staff are very professional and they do an amazing job. My large living room rug looks brand new and I could not be more pleased.

A foundation leak in a lower level bedroom had caused some water staining in the carpet and after construction repairs were completed, the carpet needed a good clean and refresh. The cleaning has restored the carpet and looks great. The other rooms, hallway and stairs also look much brighter.
