Well to begin with Santan Solar has great pricing, the people there today were professional polite and answered any questions I could throw at them. When I walked in the door Arielle greeted me and was super fast with the transaction to get my panels loaded. Then the experience loading onto a trailer was super smooth because of young gentleman named Beto great guy, and corlos who helped prepare the right count and the logistics with packaging my panels securely and protected. Can't say enough about the team at Santan Solar, oh I almost forgot the gentleman that gave me advice took my order over the phone and set me up with the best panel choices was awesome too and his name was Gunner! Highly recommend anyone of these find fokes for a smooth and seamless transaction from start to finish thanks again guys A++!

SanTan has helped me build an excellent solar system with energy storage. I want to especially mention two people: Ryker got me set up with a great system and Jason has tirelessly helped me with any and all technical challenges. I’ll also give a nod to Xanen, who walked me through a warranty replacement and Shannon and Charles who provided friendly service when I had to swap a battery.

Ordered a 12000xp online on 9/21/26. I was given choices of pick-up times. I chose 9/25 at 8:00am. Took time off from work drove an hour to find out that SanTan had none in stock. Called shipping on 10/6 and was told they have no idea when I can expect to receive the inverter. The warehouse worker told me there was a huge list of people waiting and couldn’t find out how far down the list we were. I hope that San tan videos the class for the 12000xp. I can’t take the morning off from work to participate. Hope you can
straighten out your online fiasco that’s occurring.

We ordered our panels through Parker, but had to modify the order a couple of times, and he handled it well and got it right! Shannon was a delight, and gave us her full attention until the order was completed and loaded. The loading crew was exceptionally careful, which I really appreciate. The support I recieved from Jason at SanTan Solar today was exceptional to say the least. He spent well over a hour helping me with a technical issue with our EG4 solar inverters. We will definitely be doing further business with this company. He gets an A++++. Thank you!
