I’ve trained with Sahand for a while, including throughout my entire second pregnancy, all the way through 37 weeks, and I truly can’t recommend him enough. He somehow knew when to push me and when to modify things — even on the afternoons I walked in exhausted and very pregnant! I stayed strong through the end of my pregnancy, and my recovery from my second C-section has been noticeably easier than my first, when I wasn’t training with Sahand. I really credit the work we did together. Beyond the workouts themselves, I genuinely look forward to my sessions with Sahand. He has kids too, so we always have plenty to talk about — kids, family, and real life — and our sessions feel easy and personal. Training with him at Santé honestly became one of the highlights of my week. Highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my clients to Santé Del Mar since 2025, and it’s been a great environment to work in. The gym is filled with knowledgeable professionals, and the overall standard is very high. The space is extremely clean, well organized, and calm. The equipment and technology are high-end and well maintained, which makes a big difference for both trainers and clients. What stands out most is the atmosphere. It’s focused, respectful, and professional. No chaos, no ego - just people doing serious work. I’ve recently started training with Coach Gary and can’t say enough good things. As a complete beginner I was nervous starting out, but Gary has been incredibly patient, encouraging, and firm in the best way during our sessions. When I feel doubtful or unsure of myself, he knows exactly how to coach me through it and consistently pushes me to do my best while still feeling supported. I already feel more confident in the gym, and I genuinely look forward to our sessions. I highly recommend Coach Gary, and Sante in general, to anyone at any level of fitness!!

As a former PT studio owner myself, I highly recommend this facility to any fitness or wellness professionals looking for a home base for their services. The studio is always immaculate, the equipment is new and in fantastic condition, and the environment is friendly and welcoming. All of the staff are professional and the owner, Sahand, takes great pride in the operation as a whole. Additionally, the location is top-notch and there is more than adequate parking.
