I’ve trained with Sahand for a while, including throughout my entire second pregnancy, all the way through 37 weeks, and I truly can’t recommend him enough. He somehow knew when to push me and when to modify things — even on the afternoons I walked in exhausted and very pregnant! I stayed strong through the end of my pregnancy, and my recovery from my second C-section has been noticeably easier than my first, when I wasn’t training with Sahand. I really credit the work we did together. Beyond the workouts themselves, I genuinely look forward to my sessions with Sahand. He has kids too, so we always have plenty to talk about — kids, family, and real life — and our sessions feel easy and personal. Training with him at Santé honestly became one of the highlights of my week. Highly recommend.

As a complete beginner I was nervous starting out, but Gary has been incredibly patient, encouraging, and firm in the best way during our sessions. When I feel doubtful or unsure of myself, he knows exactly how to coach me through it and consistently pushes me to do my best while still feeling supported. I already feel more confident in the gym, and I genuinely look forward to our sessions. I highly recommend Coach Gary, and Sante in general, to anyone at any level of fitness!!
