Update: Had s sewer gas leak. Called Stanhoff and Caleb came out and did a very thorough inspection which included the attic and roof to find the problem. They quoted me a reasonable price to replace the cast iron vent pipe, replace my cleanout, and did a smoke test to see if there any other leaks. Also, they were patient with me as I arranged for a relative to be there for the repairs as i was leaving on vacation soon. Caleb and Jose did an excellent job solving the problem. Great company!!!
First time using this company but they were great. Communication was excellent and the tech arrived on time. Daniel was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. Price was very reasonable, especially when compared to bigger companies that do tv ads. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I didn't take the opportunity to use their services, because I found it a bit unreasonable to charge $69 for an estimate. Now I understand why some companies advertise "free estimates". Maybe I'm just out of touch with how things work these days.

I paid this company $69 for an estimate. They were THREE TIMES more expensive than my cheapest quote and twice as expensive as the average. The obvious reason they have to charge $69 for estimates is because they never win the bid. I'm sure they'll say they do a great job, and I don't doubt it. But there's a big difference between a premium plumber and one whose pricing is completely disconnected from the market.

Hello, Rhett. We charge a service fee to get the tech to the home, and we are transparent about this during the initial booking of the call.
Contacted Santhoff Plumbing to diagnose an issue and was incredibly pleased with Juan's service. He was very thorough and professional. I got a good quote, accepted, and the work was promptly completed about a week later once the parts arrived. Very pleased with their customer service and attention to detail.
Daniel did an excellent job replacing 5 shutoff valves under my two sinks and one for my toilet. I would recommend Daniel Ramirez for any plumbing job. I thought the price was expensive ($607)but I don’t know how much other companies would have charged.
Roberto and Caleb just wrapped up installation of our new water heater. They were prompt, professional and super efficient. They left the area spotless too. We are totally pleased with their work.
