I can't say enough good things about working with Santiago and his team! As an interior designer, I first worked with him on a client's project and was so impressed with his work that I knew I wanted him to do the floors in my own home. He has since installed LVP floors in our basement and wood in both of my kids' bedrooms and every project has been fantastic.
His attention to detail, craftsmanship and professionalism are exceptional. He takes such pride in his work and it really shows in the finished product. He's reliable, knowledgeable, easy to work with and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.
It's not often that you find someone you trust just as much in your clients' homes as you do in your own. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful wood floors and outstanding workmanship!

Santiago and his crew have done multiple projects for us, and will be the only company we use from now on for all our hardwood flooring needs. They are reliable, dependable, responsive, and very reasonably priced. Best of all, they take great pride in their work and go above and beyond what most contractors are willing to do, especially when it comes to color matching. Highly recommend!

We hired Santigo's hardwood flooring to refinish around 1600sq/ft of 70yr old oak floors and to install 450 sq/ft of engineered hardwood in 2 other rooms. Santiago and his team were respectful, communicative, very fairly priced and finished the job ahead of schedule. I will recommend anyone looking for these type of services to call Santiago, you won't be disappointed!

Santiago and his crew were prompt, organized and meticulous in their work. They installed engineered hardwood flooring throughout our first floor, and they did a fabulous job! From the new matching wood heating vents to the challenges of a curved built-in wine rack, their results were beautiful. Santiago was an excellent communicator via emails, texting and phone calls. He and his team take pride in their work and their years of experience show. I highly recommend Santiago’s!

If you need any flooring work done in the Gladwyne or Mainline area, Santiago flooring should be your company! You need to have them on speed dial! They did an incredible repair to half of the hardwood floor in our family room, what had been water damaged by a broken pipe. The color match is amazing! You would never know that it was a repair. They were professional, prompt, neat, great prep and clean up of the area, reliable, and affordable. I also really appreciate that whenever I called the company, I was able to speak directly to Santiago himself! The customer service is superior and quality of work is unparalleled. Everyone on the Mainline should be using him. I will never use anyone else again!
