I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this yoga studio. From the moment I arrived, the person working at the front desk was rude, condescending, and unwelcoming. A yoga studio should be a place where people come to find peace, serenity, and positive energy, but unfortunately that was not the atmosphere…
I've only recently joined, and I couldn't have signed up faster after a 4-class trial run. The studio spaces are spacious, everything is clean, and the few teachers I've worked with were excellent. I can't wait until my next class!
Amazing love the heat

Great studio with a variety of heated and non heated classes. Love the ambiance in the studios, and the instructors are all knowledgeable.

The studio offers a variety of classes for all levels. The owner is really kind and the instructors are very knowledgeable. I am a beginner at yoga and the beginner classes are a great start and easy to follow. Very calming atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing class loved it and great heat
I had a wonderful experience during my vinyasa class. Theresa, the teacher, was very kind, welcoming, and a wonderful instructor. Her demeanor was very uplifting and encouraging. She made the class a perfect mixture of relaxing, enjoyable, and challenging. Highly recommend checking this studio out!
