I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this yoga studio. From the moment I arrived, the person working at the front desk was rude, condescending, and unwelcoming. A yoga studio should be a place where people come to find peace, serenity, and positive energy, but unfortunately that was not the atmosphere…
I've only recently joined, and I couldn't have signed up faster after a 4-class trial run. The studio spaces are spacious, everything is clean, and the few teachers I've worked with were excellent. I can't wait until my next class!
Amazing love the heat
Amazing studio. Great yoga instructors use clear language to guide students safely through poses.
Very relaxing class! Staff were all super friendly!
Beautiful, well-kept studio with great instructors. Front desk is helpful and kind.

Haley was a supportive and kind yoga instructor!
I absolutely love this studio ESPECIALLY Emily’s hot sculpt class. She’s an amazing teacher. Highly recommend !
This place has a very calming vibe with classes that will get your body right! I did the hot yoga sculpt and underestimated how intense it would be. I never sweat like that in my life and I actually feel the difference in my body/ the way I feel! You have to give this place a shot especially if you live in the area…

This yoga space is such a peaceful and calming place! It’s very clean and offers both hot and non-hot yoga classes. I love the rhythm of the classes, the sense of community, and experienced teachers. The location is great too, close to Montclair’s downtown area and parking is a breeze. After each class, I feel so…

very clean space, friendly staff, aesthetically pleasing, would absolutely recommend to a friend! i really enjoyed the yin non-heated yoga session :) booked with classpass!
This class was amazing and for every level of yoga. The instructor was interactive and moved around the class to ensure we all got the benefit of the class. I felt so rewarded afterwards. Indefinitely will be back!!!!:)
I had my first Hot Yoga class with Ashley and it was amazing. A lot of us men usually think that Yoga is for the ladies. Well let me tell you fellas, that was the hardest class I’ve taken so far. I do strength training regularly, play soccer and I’ve done a few Spartan Races and this class was the most challenging…
Thank you the hot yoga sculpt was amazing. The instructor was great and the studio is very nice. Will come back!
The class was excellent, the instructor was phenomenal and patient. It’s been a long time for me with Yoga.
