I am extremely disappointed by my experience with this yoga studio. From the moment I arrived, the person working at the front desk was rude, condescending, and unwelcoming. A yoga studio should be a place where people come to find peace, serenity, and positive energy, but unfortunately that was not the atmosphere…
I've only recently joined, and I couldn't have signed up faster after a 4-class trial run. The studio spaces are spacious, everything is clean, and the few teachers I've worked with were excellent. I can't wait until my next class!

This place has a very calming vibe with classes that will get your body right! I did the hot yoga sculpt and underestimated how intense it would be. I never sweat like that in my life and I actually feel the difference in my body/ the way I feel! You have to give this place a shot especially if you live in the area…

This studio is a welcome reprieve our busy lives.The space is peaceful and quiet. The owner is generous, welcoming and has created such a warm space. The teachers are all amazing practioners. A gift to the community.
