Madi is seriously the best!! I’ve gone to her for everything from blowouts and haircuts to going blonde, going brunette, and everything in between, and I couldn’t recommend her more. She always listens to what I want, makes me feel so comfortable, and does such an amazing job every single time. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about her clients and making them feel beautiful. I always leave loving my hair and feeling so confident! I’m so grateful I found her and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. 🤍

I have my hair done with Madi and she does a fabulous job. I know she’s known for her blondes, and I’m a brunette and absolutely love how she colors my hair. I’m so glad to have found her! The salon has a great vibe, Kelsey has done a great job with her business and team.

Madi personally does my hair, and I have never had a stylist take the time to truly understand what I want, what I don’t want, and any concerns I have. She’s so sweet and gentle, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their hair. She also takes the time to explain, give advice for my hair when I have questions! I actually started coming here maybe a year ago now after another stylist gave me highlights that turned out to be a disaster. I came here hoping someone could help fix them, and Madi did not disappoint!! She asked questions, talked me through everything, and did an AMAZING job. I’ve trusted her with my hair ever since! I absolutely love this salon. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable when I’m there. I truly couldn’t recommend Madi and all the other staff to this salon enough! 💗

Callie was amazing for my first curly cut! I swear she touched every strand of my hair and got me so much volume and curl! No one has ever cut my curly hair dry before, but Callie knew EXACTLY what she was doing!!! Everything I asked for, couldn’t be happier!

Brooke is absolutely amazing! This is the second time she’s done my hair, and I couldn’t be happier. The first time, she completely saved my hair after I made the mistake of bleaching it myself before a vacation. She was honest, knowledgeable, and managed to make my hair look beautiful and healthy again. I recently went back to her for another appointment, and once again she exceeded my expectations. She listens to exactly what I want, takes the time to explain everything, and consistently delivers gorgeous results. My blonde looks bright, dimensional, and healthy, and I’ve received so many compliments. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also kind, professional, and makes the entire experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone you can truly trust with your hair, I cannot recommend Brooke enough.

Brooke is absolutely amazing. I love booking appointments with her because she always just gets it. I give her 100% creative control over what I have done color wise and my hair always comes out better than imagined. I love booking out with her. She’s also great with children. She did my son’s first haircut, and I was very anxious and nervous but he and she both did great. It was better than I expected it to be. Everyone at the salon is always very friendly and professional. It’s a great place.

Beautiful salon with kind employees! Just be prepared to spend a little bit more here. I do think it's a bit ridiculous that a blowout costs more than a haircut; even if it's just a trim. I'm better off scheduling a haircut and not getting a trim than scheduling just a blowout. Would still recommend though!

For 30 years I had never found a hair salon or stylist that felt like home. Until I found Sapphire salon. Kelsey (owner and my stylist) is the type of person who just radiates warmth and light, the type of person you gravitate towards. She’s friendly, funny, professional, easy to talk to, and an absolute magician when it comes to hair. Something I adore about Sapphire salon is their passion for education and growth. I’m always hearing and seeing them attend, host, and participate in the latest education seminars and meetings which gives me so much confidence that my hair is getting treated and handled in a gold standard way. 10/10 recommend (I drive 2 hours to get to her and honestly, I’d probably drive 7, she’s that good)
