She took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The delivery service was convenient and the prices were really reasonable. Would definitely use again for products and service.

Professional, prompt, perhaps the most focused on customer service company I have worked with. Always ready with options and the solutions that are economical and practical. We have been blessed to have their expertise since we moved in three years ago. Sapphire Water Works deserve six stars but the highest allowed by the software is five.

I had a different company come out to provide a quote for a water softener and filtration system but they kept pushing the "Cadillac of water softeners" on me, trying to get me to pay for more than I needed.
When I engaged with Sapphire Waterworks there was no BS sales approach. We got a high quality system that works for our needels and couldn't be happier. 10/10, would recommend.

Kelsi was so responsive when we called to get a water softener installed in our new house. She answered all our questions and even the ones we didn’t know we needed to ask. She cam out and adjusted things to make the water perfect. She is very knowledgeable and informs, not sells. Highly recommend her and her team.

Great experience with good people. We have a well with high iron content and Sapphire Waterworks put together a whole house system (sediment and carbon filters, UV, iron removal and water softener) to address our needs. They know water and how to take care of their customers.
