Customers frequently praise the bakery's affordable prices, fresh donuts, pies, and pastries, noting that items often sell out by late morning. Positive reviews highlight the variety of baked goods and the friendly neighborhood atmosphere. However, several low-star comments criticize the small, cramped seating area, inconsistent product availability, and perceived rudeness from staff, with some finding specific items dry or overpriced.

I love the donuts and pastries here and have been going since I was a child! The raised glazed donuts and crunch donut holes are my favorites but all others are great too! The filled MN blueberry lemon and apple old fashioned were delicious on Friday!

On the Hunt for the best Apple Fritters in the Twin Cities. 9.5 fritters. The frying quality and crispness is perfect. I don't know why they put so much heart and soul into fritters but they do. The apples are amazing and throughout and hand cut, cooked and spiced. You can tell the apples are the key part with the dough spiced with everything from nutmeg, cinnamon, I think cardamom? And whatever else is needed to make this magic happen. The Glaze is solid and doesn't just taste like sticky sugar. The maple fritters are good but not as good and the old fashion and other pastries are solid but I'm hard focusing on the apple fritters and after going back again to make sure it's not just a fluke we agree that these are in the running for the best fritters.
Price per person: $1–10

Found this place on Google maps while waiting for my son to finish up an activity. Super cute local bakery with a great selection. Prices are very reasonable - ranging from $2 ‐ $4 for most items. I went at 11:30 on a Thursday and they were sold out of about half of their items so i wouls suggest going earlier. I really enjoyed the savory pastry and the scones.

WOW!!! I just ate the world’s most perfect danish from here. Rhubarb, cream cheese, perfect pastry/filling ratio, a little crumble on top. Masterful work going on here! Super chill and friendly too! Great way to start the morning.
