Wonderful service!! I had my two kitties watched after for 2 weeks and Each individual person sent updates and pictures of my babies. They made sure the litter boxes were changed, water was full, and food was dispensing(i had an autofeeder). One of them even went so far as bringing them a toy, i am so grateful to them and the people who worked with my babies!

I've always had family and friends watch my cats previously, but plans fell through before my last vacation and Sarah The Sitter was recommended to me. Sarah and her team were wonderful, giving us lots of detailed updates, photos and videos each time they visited. They were also clearly knowledgeable about cats, and if anything my babies were in safer hands with them! I greatly appreciate them being willing to work with us on short notice and definitely recommend them to anyone in the Lakewood area looking for a pet sitter.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Sarah the Sitter and her team!! They watched my two cats, Winnie and Salem, while I was away for 10 days, and they were AMAZING. This was my first time ever leaving my babies for that long, and I was honestly so anxious about it, but they made me feel so much better from literally the first visit. After every single visit, they sent me tons of pictures and videos AND a detailed recap of how the visit went, what Winnie and Salem were up to, how they were eating, what they did with them, and anything else they noticed. And I don’t mean a quick “they’re doing great!” message. The updates were literally paragraphs long. I appreciated that more than they probably even realize. I never felt like I had to check in or ask how things were going because they kept me so updated the entire time I was gone. I’m also pretty particular about Winnie and Salem’s routine, and they followed everything perfectly. They gave them their wet food twice a day, played with them, gave them plenty of love and attention, and made sure their automatic feeder and Litter-Robot were always working and taken care of. They were incredibly reliable and consistent, and I never once had to wonder if something had been done. I also never felt like they were just stopping by to feed them and leave. They actually spent time with them and got to know them. Salem is usually SO shy with new people, so seeing him start to get comfortable with them in the pictures and videos made me feel even better. You could tell that both Winnie and Salem genuinely liked them, and honestly that told me everything I needed to know. They also went above and beyond in ways they absolutely didn’t have to. Before I came home, they even took my trash out so I wouldn’t come home from a 10-day vacation to old trash sitting there. It was such a small thing, but SO thoughtful and just another example of how much they care. Leaving not only my babies but also my home in someone else’s hands for 10 days was a big deal for me, and I genuinely felt like I could trust them completely. I was actually able to enjoy my vacation without constantly worrying about what was going on at home, and that peace of mind was priceless. I came home to two happy, well-loved kitties and everything exactly how I left it. I will 10000% be using Sarah and her team anytime I go out of town from now on. I would recommend them to literally anyone, but especially anyone who loves their pets like their children and has anxiety about leaving them. Winnie and Salem officially have their forever cat sitters!

We’ve been using Sarah and her team for about a year now. While we love them when things are normal, we recently had an emergency while traveling where they went above and beyond. We were traveling to somewhere without much cell signal, and during their regular visit, our sitter Jolene noticed one of our babies had a large injury on her bottom. She and Sarah (who was also on her own vacation!) quickly jumped into action, calling our emergency contacts and vet. When our vet didn’t have availability and our contact wasn’t available, they got her a visit at an emergency vet and Jolene took her in. By the time we were back in cell range, our girl was already at the vet, with her medical records being transferred. We were able to provide extra information and payment info to the vet at this point, and got caught up on what happened. We received very detailed reports of what happened. We were able to book an additional each visit each day until we returned so our poor baby could have an extra check in and get her medicine. Each visit we got an updated picture of the injury so we could monitor her healing from afar. We cannot express enough how much we appreciate how above and beyond the team went to make sure our girl was treated quickly and loved on in a scary time.

It would be impossible to express the magnificent loving care that Sarah and her team provided to our Saint Bernard for almost 3 weeks was OUTSTANDING!! Video updates at each visit. Care over issues that they observed (dirty ear), opening the doggy swimming pool, walks and brushing even. Turning on Disney for comfort during a storm. Bell was as spoiled as we were on our adventure. I know how hard it is to trust someone else with caring for a loved furry family member. Worry no more. Sarah is the ABSOLUTE best!

From the beginning of my experience with Sarah, it has truly been wonderful. Sarah is very detail oriented, organized, responsive and great with humans and pets!!! The team is also wonderful too!! Each new team member we meet, myself and my dog absolutely love. They go above and beyond. Can’t recommend the team enough :) nothing better than peace of mind for your animals and you will get that with this group!!

Nothing but incredible things to say about the Sarah the Sitter team! My husband and I are very cautious about who we let watch our reactive, high energy pup, but needed someone to let her out on long days. We are so grateful that we found Sarah the Sitter! From the very beginning they have been so kind, professional and communicative. We always look forward to the many photos, videos, and updates that we receive whenever they check on our dog; they really go above and beyond with coming up with activities to keep our dog engaged. It is so apparent that this is a group of people who truly love pets and take care of our dog like their own! We feel so relieved that our dog is in such great hands and know that she is getting so much love from the Sarah the Sitter team. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable, trustworthy and overall incredible pet-sitting service!

A truly outstanding team of wonderful people who care for pets with love, tenderness, concern, and compassion.... We had Sarah and her team help us with our older kitty who needed medical assistance. They came to our house..and explained how they could give the needed treatments to our little boy.... They made sure to learn on their own.. how to expertly give the care our boy needed.. and came to our house three times a week to administer to him... They treated him and us as family and were so gentle and professional ...They were WONDERFUL... We will absolutely use Sarah the Sitter and her team in the future for not only medical care for our pets, but for care as we travel as we know they will protect them as we would.... They care for all kinds of animals.. dogs, cats, birds and other pets... They make custom arrangements to care for pets in their owner's home... including giving medicine, or feeding when people travel or taking pets for walks or medical appointments and do so tenderly and professionally. They work on the West side of the Cleveland, Ohio area and we are so thankful we have found them to help us ...help our pets.
