Review from Google · view on GoogleSauna Strong gym is a place where you can work out hard and encourages you to listen to your body and push it according to what it needs. The community embraces a "come-as-you-are" attitude and there is no ego or fluff, just good people trying to be better. Harrison, David and Sophia are exceptionally knowledgeable and bring the practice of breathwork and rudimentary movements back into daily workouts. I love using these functional movement and breathing through my everyday life

Review from Google · view on GoogleThis place is awesome - perfect blend of fitness, wellness, community and lifestyle. The free flowing format of the gym allows you to seamlessly move from circuit work, to infrared, to traditional sauna and cold therapy. There's also a turf spot for outdoor summer workouts. Can't beat it! Harrison's a great dude and very knowledgable about fitness, wellness and the equipment they have on hand. Give him a shout when you check it out!

Review from Google · view on GoogleLovely spot for some rehab healing or a workout! Sauna and red light therapy. Younger crowd which is nice to be around for this old crone. It’s not flashy or blandly corporate. Just clean and decent comfortable work out space. Bring your own lock for the locker. Good vibes!

Review from Google · view on GoogleDecent membership rates, great amenities, good classes. Only frustrations are the early close on Sunday evening and one time there was an impromptu Saturday morning class going on when we came in to get a workout in on our own. Otherwise have had no problems! Harrison has built something great here and has more in the works.
