I’ve used Saunders Restorations for a few different jobs, and after my experiences with Allen and his crew, I felt like I needed to leave a review (albeit long overdue!). They’ve repaired a serious roof leak caused by snow and ice and also fixed cracking in my walls. Instead of just patching the cracks, Allen got underneath the house, found that a footer had sunk in the crawlspace, and addressed the actual cause of the problem. That says a lot about how he approaches his work. The workmanship is excellent, but Allen’s honesty and character are what really stand out. He’s down-to-earth, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about doing right by people. His integrity and faith show through in the way he treats his customers and their homes. It’s hard to find someone you trust completely when it comes to your home. Allen is one of those people. Great work, great character, and someone I won’t hesitate to call again.

Well, I wanna start this by saying I never wanted to write a bad review. I gave this man many chances. My parents bought a house from them. I have picked up from Texas and I’m living here now short term, and I am horrified by the way they remodeled the whole house the bathroom is leaking. The stove was installed with no power cord. The dishwasher wasn’t installed. All of the insulation around the dishwasher was missing there’s been electrical problems. The Jacuzzi tub doesn’t work. We’re gonna have to call a plumber in to fix the shower in the spare room that is literally leaking through onto the floor. There are wires dangling in the backyard. The fence was installed. It totally uneven and the fence doesn’t open or closed properly I can go on and on he put door knobs on that a key works for the top one but not the bottom one so I had to move all the door knobs around Every single thing we touch seems to be missing parts broken not installed properly. There’s a soft spot on the floor where he said he replaced the whole subfloor we have called him numerous times to come back and he keeps telling us he’ll come back and never comes back. I’m begging you not to use this man. I don’t know where all these five star reviews are coming from but that is definitely not how I feel do not hire this man
Will I’m sorry that there has been a misunderstanding. I am just a contractor that did some of the work on your parents house. We did the decks, siding, roof, widows, and painting. If there are any issues with those items please call me personally at 2524220421. We will fix any of those problems for free for you. Our company also did not sell you the home. I did speak to your mother one time when she asked about the dishwasher cover. I was supposed to come over on Saturday to look at that for her and I apologize for not being able to make it there. I will come back and fix that for her at her convenience. I know there were multiple contractors in the home at many different times working on plumbing, floors, electrical, ect. Respectfully I hope that you have a chance to see my reply and reach out if there is anything that we can help you with to help with this situation.
Allen is very communicative and does excellent work! He keeps you updated on the progress of the project and made sure I was happy with the finished results. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!
We had a great experience with Saunders Construction company installing our new door. Allen arrived on time, and completed the installation with excellent craftsmanship. He paid close attention to detail, made sure everything fit and operated perfectly, and left the work area clean after he finished. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the entire project was completed efficiently. We are very happy with the quality of his work and would highly recommend Saunders Construction to anyone needing door installation or other home improvement services. Awsome job , not to mention he came out on a Saturday to do this job. Thank you again
Highly recommend using Saunders Renovations. We hired them for a roof repair. They provided before pictures of the damage and pictures after the repair so we could understand the full scope of what was needed. It put our mind at ease that the damage wasn’t more serious. We also noticed they are very responsive; ALWAYS answered our calls. Will be using them again for our other renovations to our house. Being new to the area, we are very thankful we found them!!
True professionals!! Saunders Restorations will be my first call for just about EVERYTHING! We had the entire house painted, they were lighting fast and perfect finish! I’ve already scheduled follow on remodeling work. Great pricing and professional results!! You can’t go wrong with Saunders Restoration!!
Saunders Restorations is top-notch. We’ve known Allen for a very long time, and he is truly trustworthy, honest, and caring. He’s extremely knowledgeable, fair with pricing, and works incredibly hard to make sure the job is done right. It’s rare to find someone you can fully trust, and Allen is exactly that kind of person. Highly recommend Saunders Restorations to anyone in the Newport and surrounding areas. Edit: just had garage attic access stairs installed and some drywall damage repairs done and the team did extremely professional work. If youre ever in need this is truly your one stop shop. They can and will do it all. If i could post pictures I would
Saunders Restoration provided excellent construction services with quality craftsmanship and professionalism from start to finish. The crew was dependable, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail. The project was completed on time, and the results exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
Allen Saunders installed some interior blinds for us and also installed plexiglass panels on our screened porch just before pollen season. He recently came back and took down the panels and built an area in our garage for storage for them during the summer/fall. I highly recommend him based on his quality of work, pricing and also the fact that he shows up when he says he will.
5 Starr Review… We hired Allen Saunders, Saunders Restoration and George Caballero, CAB House Home & Deck Repair for a major Screened-In Porch Shangri-La 😉, and they totally exceeded our expectations. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough/punchlist, George and Allen and the crew were professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They finished the project on time and almost within our agreed budget, things came up that we needed to address. Maintaining a clean and safe job site every day. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, and their communication throughout the build was seamless. We highly recommend Saunders Restoration services & CABHouse for any construction needs and will absolutely use them again. @allensaunders @georgecaballelo #SaundersRestoration #CABHOUSE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 💪💪💪💪💪 👷♂️🔨🔩🔧🪛🗜️⚒️🛠️ ☮️🤙
