Geoff, the service advisor, and Derek, the service technician, could not have been more knowledgeable, professional and cordial. The same can be said for Deborah, the receptionist and scheduler. The Lincoln branch of SavATree is great!
I have been using SaveAtree for almost 20 years. They are knowledgeable arborist who take good care of your tree and do not hack it when it comes to pruning. If you love your tree and want to make sure it lives a long healthy life use SaveAtree. It will save you the hardships and costs of a damaged tree in the future.
I hired SavATree to remove four hemlock trees, trim three sets of arborvitae, and prune a tall tree using a bucket truck. Rafael patiently listened to our requests, provided expert advice, thoroughly surveyed the site, and gave us a detailed written proposal. The crew arrived on time on the scheduled day, completed all the work efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Everyone from SavATree was professional and pleasant to work with. Out of the three quotes we received, SavATree offered a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!
John Fenton from SavATree came to our home today to give us advice on a newly planted tree. His consultation was incredibly helpful! On top of that, we ended up asking him about several other trees and shrubs in our yard and he was not only patient, but also extremely knowledgeable. I learned so much in our short visit with John! Highly recommend SavATree for all your tree and yard consultation needs.
The crew came and I was introduced to each member. They were polite and respectful. They trimmed the tree in question and cleaned up very nicely.
They have been very helpful in protecting my trees from insects and disease.
Good work, reasonable price, honest contractor.
Good and pleasant service.
Hi Shirley, thanks for choosing SavATree! We greatly appreciate the positive rating and we hope to work with you again soon.
Had a great conversation with the treatment guy. We clarified what was needed to continue protecting the Hemlocks in our yard.
Rafael may be the most professional and trust-worthy service provider I've ever talked to. He is on time, knowledgeable, respectful and approachable. Rafael's team is also very professional and experienced. They did a great job at our property, performing a detailed trimming and pruning all the way around my yard. The result came out great. They also went above and beyond when I requested additional work that's out of the original scope, without jacking up the price. You can tell that what they care about is truly customer satisfaction, rather than squeezing all the pennies out of you whenever there's a chance. I will certainly be calling Rafael again when there's future tree care service need and would be very comfortable referring him and his crew to anyone in need of such service.
