Bought a Dixxon shirt ... service was great.

Called to get curbside pickup as stated on their instructions, but the caller said they don’t do that… 🫠🫠 and yes I’m on the call with the location when the ss was taken and yes I’m salty cause I had to go down and I didn’t have a jacket lmao
We apologize for any confusion regarding our curbside pickup service. This was a mistake on our part as we do offer curbside service and we should have brought your items out to you. We have educated our staff to make sure this does not happen again. We hope that we can accommodate you next time if you decide to shop with us again!
Like all the Scarborough's, items will be a couple bucks more than Home Depot but you get the convenience of having everything you need close by, and you get excellent customer service from friendly familiar faces. If you are a Carhartt fanboy, this is the place to shop. They have a wide selection of "work clothes"... Hahaha!
Thanks for choosing us for your needs and appreciating our customer service. We’re glad you find convenience and friendly faces at our store!
Awesome customer service. Ed Jenkins is the best.

Have to say very nice bizness.
Thanks for your feedback on our business!
Such a wonderful business - so lucky to have them in the valley! They just dropped off a load of lumber to my house and I have a really awful driveway and the guy (wish I got his name) navigated it so well! He got a little stuck but worked so so hard to get the truck out never took a break. The hardest worker I’ve ever met! I know how stressful situations like that can be and his attitude was so positive and he was great to work with! Thank you! And we will of course be back!
Thank you Aidan for your kind review! Our delivery team always works hard to make sure we can make deliveries as smooth as possible, even in the trickiest of situations. We look forward to helping you on your next project!
