Got a ticket back in 2012, which turned into a FTA and a warrant after I left the state. I called around to 5 or 6 different firms, everyone I spoke to was apprehensive or unsure about how to proceed and the possible outcomes. Everyone except for Josh. He told me exactly how we were going to beat it, and he delivered, plain and simple. Case dismissed! Thanks again, Josh!

Steve Anderson is an excellent attorney who helped guide me through a very troubling time when I needed someone else to grab the wheel for me. But it's not just him, as Fane and Piper were always available to help when Steve was helping someone else or just unavailable. Much thanks to the whole team.
Best lawyer of all time
I had a great experience with Schatz, Anderson, Egan & Wormdahl. The staff was organized and responsive to texts and calls. My attorney, Amy Fowler, explained every step of the process in a way that made me feel comfortable and understood. I highly recommend her and her office.
Amy Fowler does not back down, can’t recommend her and the team at Schatz, Anderson, Egan & Wormdahl enough. It was a pleasure working with both Amy and Brita.
Josh Egan was amazing. He is very detailed oriented was always on top of my case, He returned my calls the same day even on weekends. And he was able to negotiate a great settlement for me. Even after I was looking at a third DUI. The office staff was also great to work with.. Very professional. I can’t see enough good things about this firm. Thanks, Josh.!!!
If you’re looking for a great attorney who will truly defend your rights, Josh Eagan is simply the best. He went above and beyond for us time and time again. I highly recommend Josh if you need an attorney who genuinely cares, knows the law, and is dedicated to helping his clients!
I only did a phone call with Joshua Egan and it was a refreshing experience. Really felt like he cared especially compared to other lawyers I have spoken to about this. Not just a money grab but real advice and help. Will deff use him if this goes that far. Thank you
Where to begin, when life went south one day, when me and the wife thought it would go very south. The wife met Ms. Fowler she was a god send she helped greatly with the situation I found myself in. Ms. Fowler showed great knowledge of the Utah legal system, fought for me. Was the best at what she does and would recommend her to everyone and anyone. she was able to make my situation from nightmare to better then it was. Would recommend as first stop for everyone in trouble.
Calling this firm a criminal defense firm is a crime on its own. The staff was rude, insulting, very expensive, and outright incompetent. They may do well with simple cases in minor courts and in state clients for nothing more complicated than a DUI/simple possession charge, but anything other than that STAY AWAY. The firm was never able to effectively communicate with me. I asked for all correspondence to go through email on multiple occasions. Instead I get texts with wrong information sent to a family member the night before I'm supposed to have court in person in a city that is 500 miles away the next morning @ 8AM. This happened on multiple occasions and was never resolved. It was clear minimum time was spent on my case. As a client I was never given a copy of my discovery or plea agreement, nor were they ever read over with me by my attorney. I have never felt more rushed or confused entering a plea in my life. Finally, I was removed from billing and the firm filed to withdraw from council without talking to me about it, which resulted in a warrant for my arrest. I find this grossly incompetent and unethical. Do not trust this firm for anything non dui related. Do not trust this firm if you are an out of state client. Do not trust this firm if you found what they did to me unethical. They're more concerned with putting pronouns in their titles than actually doing real legal work. There are much better firms that are substantially cheaper.
