Outstanding service! I can't give praise enough for Mr.Scheidt and his exemplary service and professionalism. He provides a thorough inspection, attaches pictures of everything, and saved me from a giant future headache because there was so much debris left in my attic by the developers, but he caught it. Thankfully, I'm still under warranty and everything was taken care of promptly. I highly recommend this home inspector. He's knowledgeable and honest!

Thank you for using my company and for the nice review.
The most unprofessional and rude inspector I have ever met. He wrote his personal opinion in his final report as well as items that were untrue to the home’s foundation. His lack ability for identification was baffling.

I checked through my reports and do not see your name. If you are a customer and I did a home inspection for you, when was it done and what street, I would like to address your concerns.
My wife and I used Mr Scheidt for an inspection of a new home in Kingsburg and despite the builder telling us we didn’t not need a home inspection I am glad we did. Mr Scheidt was professional, thorough, and found stuff we would have never noticed. His report was very well written and was given to us a day after the inspection. I am glad I hired him and would do it again for any future homes
We were pleasantly surprised by Mr. Scheidt's meticulous examination. His attention to detail and comprehensive report provided us with valuable insights into the condition of our older home. We appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness, making us feel confident and well-informed as we move forward with the selling process. Mr. Scheidt's expertise has been instrumental, and we highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a reliable home inspector.
