Called regarding yellow jackets at front door, going in/out behind facade. Tammie was great at explaining their behavior & what to expect after she applied a particular type of dust into their "home". Also, signed up for quarterly applications to apply barrier to home from multiple pests. Nice to know I can call if see anything I don't want around. With cooler weather coming, activity and pests will be changing. Although she was booked solid and had many more stops to her day, she didn't rush her process. I really appreciated her time.

Alec at Scherzinger exterminated due to a yellow jacket infestation with a hive that broke through a closet ceiling. It was a PROCESS (a visit to spray at the exterior access point, another visit to spray the hive directly through ceiling of the closet that had previously been sealed in order to eliminate the remaining albeit light activity, and a final visit to remove the inactive nest that was exposed). Very messy, very smelly; glad that's done and we can now remove the insulation with peices of the nest stuck onbit with new insulation, and close up the ceiling hole; the access point was sealed around time of second visit. Alec was nice, timely, knowledgeable, and patient. Thank you Alec!!
