Been a long time since I had to search for a reputable car maintenance facility. Schlemmer’s came highly recommended. Took my car in for a transmission drain and fill along with an oil change. Great experience, better than fair pricing, courteous and very friendly and they know their stuff when it comes to cars. What impressed me more was NO upselling or telling me I need something that I don’t. They checked everything else over and said my car is solid and good to go with the services I requested. Top notch, thank you !
Was recommended by just about everyone. Staff was nice, service great, and prices fair. Will recommend to others and continue to give them my business when needed, Thanks!!
I went in for a bad O2 sensor for my jeep wrangler. The place I normally go to was quoting me almost $600. Another place that was recommended by a friend quoted me almost $600 as well. I drove just up the street from that place and stumbled upon Schlemmer Automotive. I asked them and they told me that it would be $286 and then they were able to schedule me in 4 days from then. I just picked up my car. Sensor issue fixed and the final charge was $8 less than what they had quoted me! I love it! Knowing that I was able to get great service and get the job done in a professional way, for less than half of what the "big name" shops wanted to charge me, makes me so more willing to help out the smaller, local shop. I immediately made an appointment for another vehicle.
I have not had a good experience. It has been over a month, and I am still waiting for the tire sensor to be fixed. I have followed up in person and called several times, but have not received an answer yet.
