Great experience. Every foundation company handed me estimates around $20K. The engineer assessed everything and my foundation was near perfect. The drainage around my foundation was the issue. I fixed issues outside the house leaving my finished basement in tact.

I was very impressed with the quality of Schroeder's inspection services. The report they produced for us contained a rich amount of information on our home's foundation and offered specifics on how to best approach a particular project, including improving water management strategies.

Received a quote from a highly reviewed foundation company for $25k. Received a second opinion from another foundation company that said everything looked fine. Confused, I booked Schroeder to tell us if there was actually an issue or not. Money well spent as he confirmed that there are no major structural issues. Better to spend a few hundred bucks vs. $25k on repairs that aren't actually needed. Highly recommend anyone staring at a major foundation repair quote to get a second opinion from Schroeder.
