SCM just replaced our roof and the experience was fantastic start to finish! Jason helped with scheduling, permits, picking out colors, answering questions, and everything even in off hours. The men installing were all kind and respectful and did their best to keep our property clean during a very messy process. The inspection was scheduled immediately after and passed first time!

Jose and his team were amazing! After getting several quotes to repair our leaky roof, we decided to go with SCM, and we couldn’t be happier. They were out within 48 hours, did an excellent job, and had everything completed in just six hours. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend Jose and his team!

I’ve had a very good experience with SCM for a recent roof repair. I worked with Robbie and Jose; both were patient and accommodating working with me. In fact, upon requesting a revision to the initial proposed scope of repair for something smaller and more focused to where I thought the problem really lied they came back and re-examined the roof with me and agreed to the revised plan. The revision turned out to be a correct decision and I redirected a portion of the amount saved with the new quote for a gutter system which I’ve also had them install. They price it fairly and both the [roof] repair and [gutter] installation were done to my satisfaction.

I had a roof leak that was hard to identify. I called SCM and Robbie was able to make it out within 24 hours to review. He was very thorough, even making a second trip back out to review. Within a few days he was able to get the work done. The crew, led by Jose showed up on time, and got to work. They completed all work the same day, sent updates and photos and videos of the progress with an explanation of what they found. They also identified a spot where I lost a few shingles on a nearby roof during the last hurricane, and fixed it complementary. The roof being worked on boarded a second story wall with hardyboard. They had to remove prior attempts to fix, put down substantial new flashing and had to cut back the hardyboard some to get the flashing behind it. The white wall needed repainting as a result. Jose knew this and took a sample of the hardyboard down to get a paint match and they repainted the entire wall. I couldn’t be happier with the work, the excellent communication, and going the extra mile. You can’t go wrong with SCM. Highly recommend.

Update (July 2026): We recently used SCM Roofing for a third project, this time for a roof repair after a fallen tree branch caused damage. Once again, Robbie and Jose were outstanding! Robbie was patient in answering all of our questions about the repair, the inspection and quote were provided quickly, and the work was completed promptly and professionally. Having now trusted SCM Roofing with 2 full roof replacement and a repair on our church campus, they have certainly earned our trust. Robbie and Jose from SCM Roofing were incredible from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated every step of the process clearly, and showed great attention to detail. Once completed, the roof looked great, and they left the property clean and clear of debris. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire experience stress-free. If you're looking for reliable and quality roofing services, I would highly recommend SCM Roofing!

I was very happy with the service I received from Robbie and Jose at SCM Roofing. Robbie was quick to answer my questions and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I especially appreciated that he wasn’t pushy about repairs; he clearly explained what needed immediate attention and what could wait until a later date. After the roof repair was completed, I reached out about some nails I found in the yard. They sent someone over right away to do another sweep, which I greatly appreciated. The repairs were reasonably priced, and the entire experience was professional.
