Customers frequently cite rapid response times, clear communication, and professional conduct for services including leak repairs, water heater replacements, and drain clearing. Recurring themes highlight punctuality and transparent pricing, with many noting the company's ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently. However, some low-star reviews describe significant cost overruns, aggressive upselling of additional repairs, and instances where smaller jobs were declined or deferred to other providers.

Scott Cole Plumbing is absolutely the best. They helped me very last minute with a water regulator that broke. We had no water pressure in our home. We called them at 8pm and they showed up the very next morning. And that’s because I insisted they didn’t have to send someone out at night. We also had a garabage disposal that they installed for us without us having to make a separate appointment for.
They are amazing. Don’t even think of anyone else.
