Five stars for Shaley and Scratch N’ Sniff! We had a last-minute change in our dog-sitting plans and found ourselves frantically calling around for help. Shaley came to the rescue and couldn’t have been more accommodating. She was incredibly flexible with what we needed, communicated well, and did a fantastic job with our three not-so-well-behaved spaniels. 😬
Most importantly, knowing they were in such good hands meant we could actually relax and enjoy our vacation without worrying about the dogs back home. We came home to three happy dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll absolutely be calling Shaley again!

Karen and Shaley at Scratch N Sniff are amazing dog walkers and caregivers. We have two rescues with a little bit of baggage that sometimes have a hard time with other people but I think the honestly are more excited to see their walkers than us sometimes 😅. They are great with updates and extremely accommodating with our changing needs and schedules.

Looking for peace of mind? This is an absolute top-notch service with dedicated and professional pet lovers! Scratch N Sniff has been providing dog walking services for 18+ months, and in that time there have been ZERO cancellations, ZERO missed walks and ZERO issues! Shaley and her team have been absolutely wonderful with my adult dog, who lights up whenever they come by. I feel 100% comfortable providing access to my home/pet and trust that any issues would be communicated with me promptly and courteously. When there ARE changes due to staff vacations, these are typically handled with WEEKS of advanced notice. The best dog walker is someone who does their job reliably, treats pets with engagement and understanding, and doesn't cause any hiccups or emergencies on my side of things (i.e. last minute cancellations, problems with availability). Scratch N Sniff will be there for you, but most importantly, they'll be there for your pets.
Worth mentioning: I receive text confirmation after every walk, which helps me keep tabs on my dog's health and any needs even when I'm away from home.

Shaley and her team have been excellent in providing regular walks to our crew of pups. Took extra care for our 18 year old as she got older and couldn’t walk as far. Our puppy also loves the mid day walks and pets. They’re always excited when we tell them in the morning that Shaley will be by for a walk. Best thing for our dogs and family and so happy we found Scatch n’ Sniff!

Shaley has been a pleasure to work with. She is a fantastic communicator, asked lots of questions to understand the needs of the dogs, and genuinely seems to care about our furry family members. When we went out of town, we received regular pictures, updates, and even a few thoughtful questions to get clarification about the overly complicated instructions we left for our pups - ha! Most importantly, Shaley made us feel confident that our dogs' needs were met and that they felt safe and loved while we were away. That kind of reassurance is worth more than the fee she charges and we are grateful to have found her.

We love Shaley! We have an older cat who feels quite lonely when we are away and we are so grateful to have Shaley take care of her! She's always been so professional and trustworthy, sends us photos of our dear cat and takes such sweet care of her! She responds promptly and is great at communicating. We feel completely at peace knowing that she is looking in on our cat when we are away. Thank you, Shaley!

If I could give Shaley and her crew a hundred stars I would! Truly the best pet people on the planet. You can tell Shaley has such a deep love for all her furry clients. Always super flexible and accommodating too. The absolute best!
