We have used the Scream Truck for 3 years for our annual Gala. 1. The ice cream is DELICIOUS! We have consistently heard feedback about how good it was, and how fun it was to have an ice cream truck at our event. 2. The staff! Mia and her team are warm and friendly and make the whole experience perfect. I can't wait to use them again next year.

Blaring hip hop at 9:10 at night is not a way to get business. It’s a way to piss off locals trying to put your customers to sleep. Maybe call it a night once the sun has gone down? Now I’m putting my kids back down telling them they can’t have ice cream at 9:00

Bianca and Steve were absolutely amazing today! 🍦🎉 We hired the Scream Truck for our son’s 7th birthday, and it did not disappoint! Bianca and Steve are the familiar faces who regularly service our neighborhood, and the moment I saw them pull up, I knew we were in great hands! They are always so warm, friendly, and genuinely sweet. They bring such a wonderful energy to what they do, and today was no exception. They made the experience extra special and put a smile on everyone’s face! The ice cream portions were HUGE, and not a single person left our celebration without mentioning what a fun and unique idea the Scream Truck was! It was such a hit with both the kids and adults, and it made our son’s birthday that much more memorable. We HIGHLY recommend the Scream Truck for your next event! And if you’re lucky enough to have Bianca and Steve, you’re in for an extra treat! ❤️🍦

I received a text message moments ago stating that a truck lost power and they will not be able to serve people who ordered online. Now either that a poorly written communication or either they canceled due to the lack of people who requested to make a stop. As a business you should provide your customers with the best experience, canceling on them after planning their evening around this bogus appearance it’s truly unsatisfying, especially when you told your younger kids about it. If you’re going to build a business model around providing white glove service ice cream to customers then do it regardless there should be no excuses whatsoever, especially a poor one “truck losing power”, which is insane and very hard for a truck to suddenly loose power.
