Screen enclosures by Colonial Construction Is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The group of workers that built my screen enclosure were very professional, polite, and worked hard even though we had days and days of rain. They showed up on time every day and kept the whole area clean as they worked.
Frank, the owner, could not have been nicer. He called me often to explain what was being done, time frames, and otherwise checking up. His son, Franky, was so helpful giving estimates and explaining the whole job procedure beforehand. I could not have asked for a better experience and my Screen enclosure is beautiful!!

Franky at Colonial made the whole process simple. He helped us design our Lenai extension, talked us through all the options, and handled all the HOA and St John's County paperwork for us. The end result looks amazing. I would highly recommend Colonial.

When you recently decided to add a screen room to the back of our house. We reached out to several companies, but came back to Colonial Construction/Screen Room. They came out. They provided the quote. They provided all the information on permitting when they could start and can happily say that they followed through on everything the gentleman that installed The screened room was very meticulous taking his time to ensure everything went together correctly. We couldn’t be happier can’t wait to enjoy our new screened in room.

Hi Mr. Crognales,
Thank you for your kind words. Our team really enjoyed working on your screen enclosure and we are thankfull for the work.
Colonial Construction did an excellent job- removing the wood deck and building a screen room with an insulated Gable roof on a concrete slab. Communication was great. We were informed through the entire process. We are completely satisfied with the end result. We highly recommend this company.
