Scrub! Residential Cleaning at a glance

Customers frequently praise the punctuality, thoroughness, and professionalism of the cleaning staff, noting that homes appear fresh and well-maintained after visits. Many reviewers highlight fair pricing compared to local competitors and appreciate the friendly communication from the team. However, recurring criticisms in low-star reviews indicate that deep cleaning services often miss specific areas like baseboards, under furniture, or window sills, leading to dissatisfaction with the level of detail provided relative to the cost.

My cleaning specialists Lindsey and Marie were prompt, efficient and thorough plus super pleasant. I live in an 1,100 sq foot bi-level apartment and I haven't done a deep cleaning of my space since I moved in (2 years ago). I'm very pleased and felt the price was fair, as I was being quoted much, much more from some competitors in the area.
