Scruffy To Fluffy Pet Spa
Scruffy To Fluffy Pet Spa at a glance
Customers frequently cite friendly staff, efficient scheduling via text, and gentle handling of anxious pets as key positives. Services include grooming, bathing, and nail trimming, with dedicated cat-only days noted for reduced stress. However, several low-star reviews criticize the front desk for being rude and refusing to take phone calls for new bookings, enforcing a text-only communication policy that frustrates some clients.

I stayed while Leon was being groomed and what an amazing experience. Every owner is greeted with a smile and every dog welcomed by name. My Leon went in Scruffy and came back a gentleman!

I needed a place that I could take my dog and give him a good wash. I love that it's a place where they can do it or do it yourself. They were very helpful with product and showing me how everything works. Woody was happy and clean. Will use them again!!!!

Hi, I just had my 2 cats groomed at scruffy to fluffy pet spa this Sunday and it was a Very nice experience. It was a Sunday morning appointment and they only do cats on Sundays and Mondays because there are no dogs in the salon which is very nice so the cats don't have any added stress. My girls had the grooming package and looked absolutely gorgeous when they were done. We will definitely be back!
